ALLEN COUNTY — The Indiana Department of Transportation says the off‑ramp from southbound I‑469 to State Road 37/Mayseville Road will close on or after May 8 as part of an ongoing pavement‑replacement project.
The closure affects Exit 25 on the southbound side of I‑469. INDOT expects the ramp to remain closed for roughly two months while crews continue full‑depth pavement work in the area.
Drivers who need access to S.R. 37 will be directed to use the U.S. 24/Rose Avenue interchange or the northbound Exit 25 ramp as alternate routes.
The work is part of a larger construction effort on the southeast side of Fort Wayne. INDOT is reminding motorists to slow down, eliminate distractions, and use caution when traveling through active work zones.
More information about the project and statewide travel conditions is available at 511in.org or through INDOT’s social media channels.
