Monroeville Opens Vendor Applications for 2026 Summer Farmers Market

The Monroeville Farmers Market has opened vendor registration for its 2026 summer season, which will run Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. from May through September in downtown Monroeville.

The market is located at 110 Main St., just north of Monroeville Road. According to the application materials, vendors may arrive for setup beginning at 10 a.m., and late setup or early teardown may result in future attendance being revoked. Market leaders also note that no‑shows may affect future participation and ask vendors to notify organizers if they need to cancel.

Catrina Marquardt is listed as the market contact. She can be reached by email at Monroevillefarmersmarket@gmail.com or by text at 260‑445‑4396.

Vendors may park on the road or in the alley for loading and unloading but must move their vehicles to the bank parking lot across the street before the market opens. All vendors are asked to share the event on their social media pages.

The application states that vendors are responsible for their own permits, taxes and regulatory compliance. Market leaders may request permit or license documentation when applicable. The Monroeville Market, the Town of Monroeville and market leaders are not responsible for loss, damage, theft, injury or other incidents related to the market. Vendors are required to leave their spaces clean.

Attendance may be revoked at any time for misconduct, and all payments are non‑refundable. Pre‑payment is required, and spaces are assigned based on payment date.

Pricing for the 2026 season includes:

  • 10×10 space: $15 per event, $200 full season, or $350 vendor‑sponsor full season
  • 20×10 space: $25 per event, $300 full season, or $400 vendor‑sponsor full season

Payment options include checkout, check payable to Monroeville Farmers Market, or cash upon request. Nonprofits and fundraisers are asked to contact the market by email.

The market advertises in‑season produce, baked goods, handmade items, natural body products, home goods, local foods, plants, art, honey and other locally made products. The market accepts EBT and SNAP.
